Katie Rydge Program Experiences
If you are unable to attend a program due to a change of mind or illness (including testing positive for COVID), this is considered a cancellation and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
This document is divided into four sections:

1 Program Details
Full details for your selected Program, including destination, accommodation, dates, meals, transport, and payment details, are available on the Company website at www.naturephilosophy.com. Please read and ensure you understand all Program details and policies prior to booking.
2 Registration
To reserve a spot for the Program or Retreat Experience, you must follow the checkout instructions on the Website and submit your Registration Materials, including the non-refundable Deposit specified on the Website. You will NOT have a reserved spot if you fail to provide all Registration Materials.
3 Confirmation and Itinerary
After Company receives your Registration Materials, you will receive a confirmation email within five (5) business days. The itinerary is subject to change at Company's discretion due to third party availability, weather, local conditions, or other circumstances outside Company's control.
4 Accommodation and Meals
Company is not responsible for any issues with accommodation at our chosen location. You stay at your own risk. You must disclose all allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements at the time of booking. Whilst all care will be taken, Company is not liable for any illness or loss incurred as a result of any dietary requirement or sensitivity during the Program or Retreat Experience.
5 Payment Terms
(1) Total Payment. The total payment is due in full no later than 21 days prior to the Program start date. If Company does not receive full payment by this date, Company may cancel your reservation without notice.
(2) Deposit. The deposit is 30% of the total Program fee and is non-refundable under all conditions. Unless otherwise stated on the Website or Booking Form, the deposit is due at the time of registration. Your deposit may not be transferred to another participant's registration.
(3) Early Bird Pricing. To receive early bird pricing, your deposit and total payment must be received on or before the advertised early bird closing date.
(4) Instalment Payments. If paying by instalment, payments must be received on the agreed dates. If any payment is missed, Company may cancel your reservation without notice.
(5) Currency. All pricing is in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Any foreign currency conversion charges are your sole responsibility.
(6) Credit Card Surcharge. A credit card surcharge may apply, in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act, equal to the amount charged by our payment provider, Stripe.
(7) Vouchers. Only one gift or discount voucher may be used per booking, for personal use only, and only for Katie Rydge Program Experience programs in New South Wales. Vouchers exclude Teacher Trainer, Pathways and Bare Weaving Programs and must be used within 12 months of issue.
6 Airfares, Transfers, Passport and Visa
You are responsible for purchasing and confirming airfares, arranging transfers, and obtaining all valid travel documentation (passport, visas, permits) required for the Program or Retreat Experience. Company bears no responsibility for cancelled or delayed flights or any associated losses.
7 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the full duration of the Program or Retreat Experience, covering illness, injury, death, property damage, loss of baggage, cancellation, and any other potential losses. You are solely responsible for the cost of travel insurance and any losses arising from your failure to obtain it.
8 Weather
Company bears no responsibility for any losses caused by inclement weather, natural phenomena, or any other events that may impact the Program or Retreat Experience or your travel to and from it. No refunds, discounts or credits will be provided for late arrival or early departure due to weather or delays.
9 Changes and Cancellations
(1) Changes by Company. Company reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the Program at its sole discretion due to safety concerns, third party limitations, or any other commercially necessary reason. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any such changes.
(2) Cancellation by Company. Company may cancel your reservation if full payment is not received by the due date. Company may also cancel or reschedule the Program prior to the start date due to insufficient registrations, commercial reasons, natural disaster, illness, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this event, you may transfer the full amount paid to another Program within 18 months. Company is not responsible for any other losses including airfares or travel documents.
(3) Cancellation or Transfer by You.
All cancellations and transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email to the contact address on the Website.

More than 21 days before the Program start date:
Refund: All monies paid, less the non-refundable 30% deposit.
Transfer: Credit of all monies paid, less the 30% deposit, plus a $120 transfer fee. Credit must be used for a Program commencing within 12 months.
Between 21 and 7 days before the Program start date:
Refund: All monies paid, less 40% of the total Program fee.
Transfer: Credit of all monies paid, less the 30% deposit, plus a $120 transfer fee. Credit must be used for a Program commencing within 12 months.
Within 7 days of the Program start date:
Refund: No refund. You forfeit the entire amount paid.
Transfer: Credit of all monies paid, less 40% of the total Program fee, plus a $120 transfer fee. Credit must be used for a Program commencing within 12 months.
During the retreat:
Refund: No refund. You forfeit the entire amount paid.
Transfer: No transfer available once the retreat has commenced.
(4) General Transfer Conditions. All transfers are subject to program availability and Company approval. Transfers may only be used for Katie Rydge Program Experience programs in New South Wales, excluding Teacher Trainer and Pathways Programs. Transfer credits expire 12 months from the original Program start date.
10 Photos, Video and Media Release
By participating in the Program or Retreat Experience, you irrevocably grant Company and its agents all rights to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and produce derivative works based on your image, likeness, and voice as recorded by any camera or media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, for any lawful purpose including marketing. You waive the right to inspect or approve any materials in which your likeness appears and waive any right to royalties or other compensation.
11 Voluntary Participation in Strenuous Activity
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Program or Retreat Experience, which may include strenuous physical activity including walking, running, hiking, dancing, climbing, swimming, jumping, yoga, plyometrics, knife carving, hunting activities, and other physical exercises. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks, including the risk of serious injury or death, and elect to voluntarily participate.
12 Health and Fitness
You represent that you are over 18, in good physical and mental health, and fully capable of participating in the Program or Retreat Experience. You represent that you have consulted with your physician and received clearance to participate. You acknowledge that the Program or Retreat Experience may take place in remote areas with little or no access to medical services, and that any medical or evacuation expenses are your sole responsibility.
13 Assumption of Risk
You understand that serious accidents, including fatal or serious personal injury, may occur during the Program or Retreat Experience. You agree to solely and exclusively assume full responsibility for all risks inherent in travel and physical activity, whether foreseen or unforeseen. In no event will Company be liable for any liabilities arising from your participation.
14 Injury
In the event you are injured during the Program or Retreat Experience, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any medical costs incurred. Company and all Company Parties are not liable or responsible for any losses arising from your participation.
15 Waiver of Liability and Release
In consideration for participating in the Program or Retreat Experience, you voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Company, its officers, members, agents, contractors, employees, volunteers, guides, and representatives (collectively, "Company Parties") for any and all claims, losses, damages, medical expenses, lost income, property damage, pain, illness, and death, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or Retreat Experience, regardless of whether caused by negligence of any Company Party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Parties for any and all liabilities, including court costs and legal fees, incurred as a result of your participation in the Program or Retreat Experience, whether caused by the negligence of any Company Party or otherwise (excluding gross negligence or wilful misconduct), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
17 Binding Effect
This Agreement shall bind your family members, spouse, heirs, assigns and personal representatives and shall constitute a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the Company Parties.
18 General
(1) Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company and supersedes any prior agreement. No oral representations apart from those set out herein have been made to you.
(2) Force Majeure. Company will be under no liability if prevented from performing its obligations due to any Act of God, strike, fire, inclement weather, interruption to transport, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts of third parties, or any other cause outside Company's reasonable control.
(3) Interpretation. This Agreement, including all releases and waivers, is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
(4) Severability. Any provision that is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be read down or severed to the extent of the invalidity without affecting the remaining provisions.
(5) Waiver. Failure by Company to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
(6) Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not define or limit the scope of any provision.
19 Participant Acknowledgement
(1) I have been examined by a Licensed Medical Practitioner within the past six months and have been found able to perform all vigorous activities required during the Program or Retreat Experience.
(2) I will follow all instructions given to me by Company, its Coaches and any Guest Coaches as to when, where and how to perform activities within the Program or Retreat Experience.
(3) I acknowledge that participation could constitute a risk of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death, and I voluntarily assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit to participate.
(4) I acknowledge that Company, its Owners, Coaches and Employees shall not be liable for any injury, illness or mishap sustained arising out of or connected with the Program or Retreat Experience.
(5) I understand that I am to receive instruction in nature connection practices, survival skills and movement practices only. Company is not liable for, nor expected to provide, any advice, training or medical assistance beyond this scope.
(6) I indemnify and keep fully indemnified Company, its Owners, Coaches, Representatives and Employees from all actions, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses connected with any injury, illness or mishap to me.
(7) If I am pregnant, I will not attend a Program or Retreat Experience until I have discussed the potential risks with my physician. I will follow my physician's recommendations and do not hold Company liable for any possible injury to myself or my unborn child.
(8) I understand that my deposit is non-refundable. Company may in its sole discretion grant refunds without prejudicing any of its rights.
(9) I understand that if my behaviour is disruptive, Company may dismiss me from the Program or Retreat Experience. Any refund in this circumstance is at the sole discretion of Company.
20 Changes in Terms
Company may at any time change, alter, remove or add terms to this Agreement. Company will notify you of any such changes. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bookings already confirmed unless expressly stated. You are not eligible for any refund, discount or credit as a result of any change to these terms.
21 Acknowledgement of Risk and Consent
YOU ARE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM OR RETREAT EXPERIENCE, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A CONSENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO COLLECT DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY. BY TICKING THE TERMS OF SERVICE BOX ON YOUR BOOKING FORM, IT IS YOUR INTENTION TO EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND ANY OTHER LIABILITY UPON YOURSELF, TO THE EXCLUSION OF COMPANY AND ALL COMPANY PARTIES.
Section 2 — Long Programs with Online Training Component
Applies to: Advanced Awareness · Wild Earth Tantra (full program)
These programs include an online training component of approximately 2–6 months prior to the in-person retreat. All cancellation and transfer timeframes are calculated from the online program start date, not the retreat date.

(3) Deposit — Wild Earth Tantra. The deposit for the Wild Earth Tantra Program is 30% of the total Program fee and is non-refundable under all conditions. Your deposit may not be transferred to another participant's registration.

(3) Cancellation or Transfer by You.

Advanced Awareness

During the online phase (after commencement, prior to the in-person retreat):
Cancellation: No refund. You forfeit the entire amount paid.
Transfer: Transfers to a future Program are available prior to the in-person retreat, subject to a $120 transfer fee plus a nominal re-enrolment fee to cover the cost of retaking the online component. If the Program fee has increased, you will be required to pay the difference. Participants must recommence the full Program from the beginning regardless of prior progress. Transfer credits expire 12 months from the cancellation date and are subject to availability and Company approval.
During or after the in-person retreat:
Refund: No refund. You forfeit the entire amount paid.
Transfer: No transfer available once the in-person retreat has commenced.
Wild Earth Tantra (Full Program)
More than 21 days before the program start date:
Refund: All monies paid, less the non-refundable 30% deposit.

(4) General Transfer Conditions. All transfers are subject to program availability and Company approval. It is the participant's responsibility to re-enrol; Company will not follow up. Katie Rydge and her team reserve the right to approve or decline any transfer request at their discretion.

In the event you are injured during the Program or Retreat Experience, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any medical costs incurred. Company and all Company Parties are not liable or responsible for any losses arising from your participation.
15 Waiver of Liability and Release
In consideration for participating in the Program or Retreat Experience, you voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Company, its officers, members, agents, contractors, employees, volunteers, guides, and representatives (collectively, "Company Parties") for any and all claims, losses, damages, medical expenses, lost income, property damage, pain, illness, and death, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or Retreat Experience, regardless of whether caused by negligence of any Company Party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16 Indemnity

Section 3 — Wild Earth Tantra Online Program
Applies to: Wild Earth Tantra standalone online purchases
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
Accuracy of Information
The material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Modifications to Services and Prices

1 Program Details
Details for your selected Personal Session or Mentorship Program, including session format, duration, and payment details, are available on the Company website at www.naturephilosophy.com.
2 Registration and Payment
To reserve a session, you must complete the booking process on the Website and submit full payment. Payment is due in full prior to the session or program commencement. You will not have a confirmed booking until full payment is received.
3 Cancellations
(1) Cancellation by You. If you cancel your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, Company will offer a reschedule at no additional cost. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time, you forfeit your full payment and no refund or credit will be provided.
(2) Exceptional Circumstances. Company has sole discretion to waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances. No entitlement to a waiver exists and each case will be assessed individually.
(3) No Refunds. All payments for Personal Sessions are non-refundable except as set out in this Section 3 or as required by applicable law.
4 Conduct and Eligibility
You represent that you are over 18 and that participation in the session is appropriate for your current physical and mental health. Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if, in Company's sole discretion, continued participation may result in harm to you or others.
5 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in a Personal Session. You participate at your own risk.
6 Media Release
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, quality review, or program development purposes. By booking a session, you consent to such recording. Company will not publicly distribute recordings of your sessions without your prior written consent.
7 Changes in Terms
Company may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes prior to your next session.
